 How It Works

Customized Guest Count: Hosts tailor the attendance to their preferred range of guests between 10 and 100, ensuring a personalized and comfortable environment that fits their space well.

Private Invitation: Curate a private event attended by the host's friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, and invited music enthusiasts. Note: These are private events and the Riverside won’t bring additional guests to preserve the intimacy of the occasion.

Nationwide Touring: The Riverside traverses the expanse of the United States during their touring season from May to November. The band strategically integrates exclusive house concerts into their tour route and actively works out concert dates with hosts in the early stages of tour planning.

Versatile Venue Options: Hosts can opt for an indoor or outdoor setting, although indoor locations often work better acoustically. Note: An indoor alternative is also always recommended should the weather prove to be an issue.

Collaborative Hosting: Folks interested in hosting have the option to co-host with a friend to broaden their guest list and create a shared, communal experience.

Flexible Showtimes: The Riverside will accommodate the schedule and audience of concert hosts and plays at all times of day.

Sliding Scale Fee:
The house concert fee is a sliding scale, giving hosts flexibility based on their financial ability. Hosts can choose to cover the concert fee themselves or offset it by selling tickets and collecting donations from guests. This collaborative approach ensures the band meets their bottom line for travel expenses and musician compensation. The financial support from concert hosts not only sustains The Riverside’s musical journey but also creates a memorable experience for hosts and guests alike.
